WHO IS MR. DUONG TUAN CUONG?

Mr. Duong Tuan Cuong graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, majoring in Software Engineering, in 2001. Following this, he gradually discovered a passion for the real estate sector, specifically in apartments and condominiums.
He progressively explored the office leasing market with a vision to contribute his efforts toward providing workspace solutions for SMEs and Startups.
Leveraging the experience accumulated as a real estate consultant, Mr. Duong Tuan Cuong founded A Space Office, a brand operating under Lam Hai An Investment & Consulting Co., Ltd.
Additionally, he has participated in intensive courses on project management and holds professional certificates in real estate brokerage and valuation.
Currently, he is pursuing advanced programs in Real Estate Development Management in the United Kingdom to continuously enhance his expertise and elevate the service quality of A Space Office.

  • 2021 – 2024: Directly managed 2 buildings and 6 branch offices located in strategic areas of Ho Chi Minh City.
